We created a second payment option of $19.99/month because there are some that prefer to pay monthly. Obviously, it is a much better value to pay annually.

Once you click the button below as to how you want to pay, annually or monthly, you will be taken to our payment processor “Stripe” to collect your payment information.

If you AND your spouse are taking advantage of this “Charter Member” offer, you will complete one membership order at a time.

     –After you enter your payment info on the next page and it is processed, you will be taken to the following page, where we ask you a few questions that we use to set up your ExtraCare membership.  After you submit those answers, we will route you back here to set up your spouse's membership.
